Inserting a Microsoft Excel<\/a><\/strong> spreadsheet in a Powerpoint<\/a> <\/strong>presentation is pretty simple. In short, use the INSERT<\/em> > Text<\/em> > Object<\/em> > Object…<\/em> menu, select Create from File<\/em>, select the file<\/a> on the computer, and click OK<\/em>. That’s it !<\/p>\n

This works with all Microsoft<\/a> Office products, to embed any kind of file in a Word, Excel, Powerpoint document.<\/p>\n

In detail, starting from a Microsoft Excel<\/strong> file, save it locally on computer<\/p>\n

In the Powerpoint<\/strong> presentation, open the INSERT<\/em> > Text<\/em> > Object<\/em> > Object…<\/em> menu<\/p>\n

Go to the Create from File<\/em> tab if your file already exists, and click on Browse<\/em><\/p>\n

There, option is given to select another icon, and, most important, change the name to display – for example a description instead of the local file name<\/p>\n
