If you landed on this page, you are probably in one of two situations:
- You are considering signing up for EarnX.GG and want to know if it is legit before investing your time.
- You already signed up, your first withdrawal worked, and now your second one has been pending for days or weeks with no explanation.
Either way, this article will save you time, frustration, and potentially money. Let's get straight to it.
What Is EarnX.GG?
EarnX.GG presents itself as a Get Paid To (GPT) platform where users earn rewards by completing tasks, surveys, watching videos, and interacting with brands and advertisers. Cashout options include PayPal, crypto, Robux, and gift cards. The platform has over 1 million downloads on Google Play and a professional-looking website at earnx.gg.
On the surface, it looks legitimate. That is exactly the point.
How the Scam Works: Step by Step
This is not a complicated operation. It follows a textbook GPT scam playbook that has been running for years under different brand names.
- Step 1 — You sign up. The app works. Tasks load. Your balance grows. Everything feels real.
- Step 2 — You request your first withdrawal. It arrives. Quickly. Sometimes even with a small bonus. You are impressed. You trust the platform.
- Step 3 — You keep earning. Now that you have seen real money, you invest more time. You tell a friend. Maybe you leave a positive review.
- Step 4 — You request your second withdrawal. It shows successful or pending in the app. Nothing arrives in your PayPal, your crypto wallet, or your gift card account.
- Step 5 — You contact support. You get no response, a copy-paste reply asking you to wait, or silence. Your account may eventually get flagged as suspicious activity and banned — conveniently preventing any further withdrawal attempts.
- Step 6 — You never see the money.
The first payout is not generosity. It is a calculated customer acquisition cost. They pay you once — typically a small amount — to keep you earning them advertising and survey revenue for as long as possible before you realize what is happening.
What We Found When We Investigated
EarnX.GG was brought to our attention when their Creator Partnerships team contacted us unsolicited, asking us to sponsor the platform to our audience of 130,000+ students and readers. Before agreeing to anything, we investigated.
Here is what ten minutes of public record research revealed:
1. The parent company is an 8-month-old UK shell
EarnX.GG is operated by TigerTree Solutions Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom in November 2024 — barely eight months ago at the time of writing. Their registered address is Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds. Their SIC code is 73110 (Advertising agencies).
Their only public contact is a personal Gmail address: [email protected].No named founders. No LinkedIn company profile. No team page. No verifiable leadership.
2. The app is built by a solo developer in India
The EarnX Android app on Google Play lists the developer as Nitin Singh, based in India, with another personal Gmail as the developer contact address.
A UK-branded company with no team, operated by an anonymous solo developer in India, with a Gmail for customer support. This is not how legitimate businesses operate.
3. The contact persona does not exist online
The person who contacted us, Ashley Shinraf, Creator Partnerships, TigerTree, returns zero results anywhere online — no LinkedIn profile, no social media presence, no professional footprint of any kind. The email domain (@mytigertree.com) is separate from the main website (tigertree.io), a common tactic to obscure identity.
4. Users consistently report the same withdrawal pattern
Multiple Google Play reviews document identical experiences: first withdrawal succeeds, every withdrawal after that silently fails or remains permanently pending. The redeem section of the app stops functioning once users reach payout thresholds — a deliberate technical block, not a bug.
Why the First Withdrawal Works
This is the question most people ask, and the answer is important to understand.
The first withdrawal works because it has to. If no one ever got paid, the platform would have no reviews, no word-of-mouth, and no new users. The first payout buys credibility.
The economics are simple: if they pay you $2 for your first withdrawal, and you then spend 40 hours completing tasks and surveys that earn them $0.50 per hour in advertising revenue, they have made $18 profit from you before you realize you will never be paid again.
Multiply this across one million app downloads and the math becomes very clear.
What We Did About It
When we identified EarnX.GG as a likely scam operation, we took the following steps rather than promoting it to our audience:
Reported to Google Play under Misrepresentation — a UK company misrepresenting its actual operator
Reported to UK Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk) with the company registration number (16058881) and full details
Filed a Trustpilot review with documented findings
Published this article so anyone researching EarnX.GG can find the information they need
Verdict: Stay Away
EarnX.GG is not a legitimate earning platform. It is a data and advertising revenue harvesting operation disguised as a reward platform, structured to extract time and engagement from users while systematically blocking payouts.
Do not sign up. Do not complete tasks. Do not refer friends. Do not accept their creator sponsorship outreach.
