Despite their different approaches to security, the two operating systems are far from poles apart. Because while iOS may so far seem to be the big winner in this comparison, several other points make Android an excellent operating system for security. For example, think about the fact that its code is open-source, that is, open to all users, and that Google strongly encourages, and with rewards, security experts to report potential problems. Another positive point, Android allows the proliferation of more applications on its Play Store. This also applies to those that concern protection, such as VPNs, major tools for privacy and security on Android or iOS that are used at home and  at work. ‌ 

And what undoubtedly unites Apple and Google the most is of course their constant search for optimal security. The two companies are moving fast, very fast, to counter attacks from hackers and malicious groups. They are constantly improving in order to keep up with the market, and this perpetual competition ultimately allows users to be better protected. All you have to do is stay up to date, implement a few techniques to secure your phone, and you can take a break or take a moment to wonder what other tools may interest you.
