Total earnings for the month reached $218.99, representing steady progress over October's $188.31 and highlighting the positive impact of recent changes.

Traffic for November totaled 28,397 visits, slightly lower than October's 33,220 visits, but the increased EPMV highlights stronger engagement and ad performance. While the drop in visits may appear concerning, the focus on higher-value traffic and optimized monetization strategies has led to a net gain in revenue, demonstrating the effectiveness of our efforts.
The highest EPMV is directly linked to a more focused audience from top tier countries, in which advertisers are willing to pay top dollars to get visibility from these viewers.

November saw continued efforts to utilize AI in developing business courses focusing on SAP hot topics. This approach allowed us to streamline content creation while addressing relevant industry trends. AI-powered content generation has accelerated development timelines, ensuring we can produce more targeted and impactful training materials to meet evolving market needs.
YouTube Channel Expansion
Our YouTube channels:
continued to grow. We increased content output and optimized monetization strategies through the Humix network, enabling videos to generate revenue both on our websites and on partner platforms. By leveraging multi-language content and expanding video libraries, we are attracting a broader audience and enhancing monetization opportunities across multiple verticals.
We haven't generated any money yet from these channels on the YouTube platform, however we are earning money with their Humix export, again showing that it is the best tool available around for publishers to generate income.

Following a decision to close the Scaffolders PRO portal, we shifted focus toward IT staffing, leveraging our expertise in fields like Ruby on Rails, DevOps, Python, and JavaScript. Transitioning away from construction-focused staffing reflects our commitment to aligning our business with our technical strengths and scaling opportunities in high-growth digital sectors.

We are also exploring additional marketing strategies to raise awareness about our services among potential clients.
NEWSAPERP.COM expansion
While we are trying to expand our digital courses offering, the main portal to convert visitors into customers still is our specialized website New Simple As Possible ERP, dedicated to simplifying comprehension of ERP systems in general, and SAP one in particular.
As we create more business courses, and more of them are available online, such as our recent free course Maximizing SAP Project Success Through Targeted User Training, we also need to focus on publishing blog content dedicated to attracting traffic to these courses, of which hopefully some will turn into customers as online students, ideally getting a corporate package access.
Outreach strategy
We'll try using various lead generation tools, mostly with extended functionalities to search for contacts and reach out to them via email or LinkedIn. Notably, we've started studying the Apollo CRM suite that seems to offer everything we need to generate leads, and has a free plan to begin with, including 250 free emails a day.
However, on the long term, we plan on reaching out to globally all existing companies, starting passively with our content on websites, video channels, and social media, but also more directly through cold emails, phone calls and LinkedIn messages.
